Former SRC DreamOn and Training Lead Tigger UO Ex-Volunteer / Player Luncheon August 3-5th Northern Virginia Time is running out! To date we have 106 attendees signed up for the Luncheon. If you plan on attending or know of someone that is planning on attending please have them fill out the sign-up page at the luncheon web site and get their payments in. Due to space limitations we will stop accepting participants at the first 100 paid attendees. To be sure you are guaranteed a space please pay as soon as possible. Confirmation has been received !!!!!!

- This event is open to anyone that volunteered for or plays Ultima Online and their families. - This 3 day event is going to be a blast and you now have a choice of making it a camping weekend as well. Events: rain or shine! August 3 (Friday)

The picnic will include Hamburgers, Hot dogs, Sausage, Chicken, Salads and more. Enjoy a day of meeting new people that share common interests, talking to UO live members and see if you can win one of our great door prizes.

Payments can be made through PayPal or by check, money order, cashiers check. Information on where to send payments is on the webpage. The luncheon webpage located at: http://www.dreamwater.net/game/uofriends/ has a few new areas added to it. Ride Share / Room Share Information: Message boards for anyone that would like to share a room to cut down on costs, share their home with others coming to the luncheon, anyone that can drive someone in (locally to their area), for people that may need rides from the airports to their hotels. Please take a look at these boards and offer assistance if you can =) Accommodations: Discounted Hotel accommodations
have been set up with Homestead Dulles. A room with Double beds is $69.00
per night and Queen size is $79.00 plus Tax. Before you make reservations
for a room please email tigger@pounced.net
for a confirmation number. Once you receive your confirmation number you
can call the hotel and set up your reservations. Rooms are running out
quickly and with the area having many different events going on that weekend
rates are going to be higher at other hotels. So be sure to email as soon
as possible for your confirmation number if you plan on using Homestead
Airlines: Southwest Airlines offers low rate flights from all over the US. Many people attending were able to get round trip flights for under $100.00. Camping is also available at the following

If you can not afford full accommodations try posting on the Ride Share/Room Share boards =) Luncheon Gear: With the help of CafePress we are able to offer shirts, mouse pads and other items for the luncheon. Shirts will not be sold at the luncheon so make sure to order yours now. Some people have suggested doing a scavenger hunt or capture the flag event at the BBQ.
